Would it make any real difference, what would you rather lose instead this time?
Drawn to the dark where you trust you’re strongest, you fill your lungs with air,
Numbness inside keeps it too uneasy, with all that hole you find in there!
If only you could push-on one more step, to keep the load for one more day,
Maybe you’d find it all slept-off in the morning - and breathe again that brand new day!
